What would you do at Khatabook
1. Providing solutions to different problems of customers by taking help of
different internal tools
2. Answering phone calls and responding to them.
3. Having product understanding and helping the customers as well with that.
4. Ensure that all the related notes/ call comments are properly documented and
suitable information is provided to clients
5. Coordinating with the internal teams to get the issue resolved
6. Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts and Week offs
7. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions &
manage and resolve customer complaints.
Requirements
- 0 - 4 Years of experience
- Good at Communication
- English and Hindi should be fluent
- Flexible for the the rotational day shifts
- Eager to learn
