Job Description:
We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to efficiently handle customer interactions through live chat. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain high-quality written communication with accurate grammar and clarity.
Ensure excellent customer experience by providing prompt and accurate responses.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a chat-based customer support process (preferably in Banking or NBFC sector).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar.
Fast and accurate typing speed (35 WPM preferred).
Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving ability.
