**Job Overview**:As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through online chat channels. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
**Responsibilities**:
1)Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.
2)Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
3)Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers.
4)Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
5)Document and track customer interactions in the system.
6)Stay informed about product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers.
7)Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the customer support workflow.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar chat support role.
- Strong written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer support software and chat platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
