Chat Support Executive

**What You'll Do**
- Engage with **e-commerce business owners from over 50+ countries**, understand their workflows, and help them onboard and adopt our product smoothly.
- Identify and log **technical bugs, product issues, or feature requests** — and route them accurately to internal teams.
- Watch user session videos to pinpoint **roadblocks in activation**, and provide actionable **UI/UX suggestions** to improve the experience.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, track recurring pain points, and support ongoing product enhancements.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
