**About the Role**: We are hiring **Chat Support Executives** to engage with participants, volunteers, and partners interested in the **Beast Drive event**. Your role will be to provide instant, friendly, and informative responses across WhatsApp, website chat, and social media DMs. You’ll be the first point of contact and play a vital role in converting interest into registrations and building community trust. **Key Responsibilities**: - Respond to inquiries about the Beast Drive event via WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chat - Share event details, links, brochures, and resolve FAQs in real time - Maintain professionalism and brand tone during every chat interaction - Follow up with interested users who leave messages "seen" - Update the internal team with leads, questions, or unusual issues raised - Keep records of chat interactions using basic CRM or spreadsheets - Handle high-volume chats during peak promotional periods **Requirements**: - Excellent written communication in English and Hindi (other regional languages a plus) - Fast typing and multitasking skills - Polite, energetic, and proactive personality - Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and live chat tools - Basic knowledge of Beast Drive event (training will be provided) - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during the event season **Preferred But Not Mandatory**: - Experience in customer service or community management - Knowledge of Google Sheets or basic CRM tools - Interest in motorsports, events, or adventure communities **What We Offer**: - Flexible work schedule - Competitive pay and performance-based bonuses - Work experience certificate after successful completion - Opportunity to work closely with one of India’s most exciting event brands - Chance to attend or be part of the Beast Drive event crew (optional) Pay: ₹11,005.01 - ₹34,351.80 per month **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 9731658101 Expected Start Date: 17/08/2025
