About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Executive (Tele caller) to manage both inbound and outbound candidate calls. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, explaining job opportunities and supporting the full recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from candidates seeking information about job openings.
  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates to share job details and assess their suitability.
  • Maintain high call volumes and achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
  • Follow up with candidates to keep them engaged and updated.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate details, and recruitment status.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in tele calling, BPO, telesales, recruitment or study abroad counselling preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, job portals, CRM/ATS).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
