Career Grids Services Pvt Ltd is a healthcare recruitment consultancy dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with global opportunities. We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive with 2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients to promote our services.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information regarding recruitment processes.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and follow-up information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Coordinate with the HR and recruitment teams for candidate status updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment or education consultancy sector.
  • Knowledge of healthcare recruitment processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
