Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajarhat for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Tasks include initiating and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing sales deals. Daily activities will involve making outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in a telesales or customer service role
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
