Job Overview :
The Brand, PR & Social Media Manager will be responsible for shaping and amplifying the SuperOps brand story across digital channels, press, and industry forums. You will be at the intersection of storytelling, community building, and thought leadership ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive SaaS landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Storytelling
- Build and strengthen the SuperOps brand narrative aligned with our mission and values.
- Drive consistency in tone, voice, and design across all brand touchpoints.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Growth teams to create compelling brand campaigns.
- Responsible for developing the brand framework, messaging architecture, go-to-market narrative, and product positioning strategy, while collaborating with the product and innovation teams to drive brand-led innovation initiatives.
Public Relations & Communications
- Own relationships with media outlets, industry analysts, and PR agencies.
- Draft press releases, thought leadership articles, and executive communication.
- Build strong relationships with journalists, industry influencers, and media partners.
- Position SuperOps leaders as thought leaders in the MSP and SaaS space through interviews, guest posts, and event speaking opportunities.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms and other relevant channels.
- Manage the social media calendar with a balance of thought leadership, customer stories, product updates, and industry commentary.
- Monitor online conversations, engage with the MSP community, and manage brand reputation in digital forums.
Analytics & Impact
- Track PR coverage, social media engagement, share of voice, and brand sentiment.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize messaging and campaigns.
- Report regularly to leadership on brand visibility and engagement metrics.
Community Engagement
- Design and implement strategies to build and nurture engaged online and offline communities.
- Act as a brand ambassador in community forums, industry events, and social platforms.
- Create meaningful programs that foster customer loyalty and advocacy.
Key Skills & Competencies
- 8-12 Yrs years of experience in Brand, PR, or Social Media roles (B2B SaaS or IT industry preferred).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a flair for simplifying complex ideas.
- Experience in PR/media relations, preferably in SaaS/technology.
- Proven track record in growing brand presence through social media.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal leaders, PR agencies, media).
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of analytics tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Meltwater, etc.).
- Creative thinker with a pulse on industry and cultural trends.
