Royal 18 Global Tech Craft Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing technology company specializing in innovative solutions . Our flagship product launched recently which is a comprehensive Restaurant Management System (RMS) it is designed to streamline restaurant operations, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them leverage our platform to achieve business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and market references.
  • Proactively approach restaurants to onboard them onto our RMS platform.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the platform.
  • Manage onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new restaurant partners.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and retention targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, client servicing, or relationship management (preferably in the F&B, SaaS, or hospitality sector).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle field operations.
  • A proactive and customer-centric attitude.
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations or POS systems is a plus.

Employment Terms:

  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • Compensation: Probation and final salary will be discussed during the interview.
