Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, marketplace management, order processing, performance optimization, and digital sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Myntra (as applicable).
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (content, keywords, images, pricing).
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/operations team.
  • Manage daily order processing, returns, replacements, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and implement strategies for growth.
  • Handle marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, deals, and campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce operations or marketplace management.
  • Strong understanding of online sales channels and marketplace algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and basic analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Shopify or other website management tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and paid ads.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities.
