Job Description:

We're looking for a dynamic
Head of Sales & Marketing
to lead Galactis' market growth and brand positioning. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can build and manage sales pipelines while creating compelling marketing campaigns. As part of the leadership team, you'll define and execute go-to-market strategies, develop lasting client relationships, and scale a high-performing team to drive revenue and awareness across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across B2B markets.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Oversee branding, digital marketing, content creation, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Establish strong client partnerships and negotiate high-value deals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Represent Galactis at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in B2B tech, SaaS, or AI-driven product environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to design and track KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work cross-functionally.

Preferred:

  • Experience scaling sales teams in early-stage startups.
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, or network management systems.
  • Global market exposure and partnerships experience.
