Job Requirements
  • Prepare a Post-Seasonal Analysis of past performance at Group/Region levels down to Class/Sub-Class and Item levels. 
  • Discuss and prepare a qualitative analysis of performance and document action plans in preparation for the Strategic Planning Process. 
  • Propose Seasonal Strategies on Sales, Cluster, Price point, Size, Colour at Group/Region levels down to Class/Sub-Class levels together with the Category Team considering past performance and future trends. 
  • Development of Category level forecast of Pre-Season sales on a rolling basis to plan for inventory build-up in terms of Sales, GC, Closing Stock, Inflows, Forward Cover. 
  • Preparation and Monthly Sign-off of In-Season sales reforecast and OTB adjustment with the Management. 
  • Product Assortment Group level planning of merchandise investment to drive strategic initiatives at Category/Cluster/Price Point level. 
  • Prepare a Theoretical Range Plan and present it to the Planning/Category Lead for approval. Prepare Store Grading at Category levels to determine the Width and Depth of Ranges for Top, Mid and ALL stores with Order quantities. 
  • Collaborate with the Category Team and together finalise a Buy Plan (Range Plan) by month at Category/Cluster levels to match the OTB Plans for (Quantities, Options, Prices and Suppliers) and financial parameters (OTB/Inflows) set by Month. 
  • Aggregate store Norm finalisation and Cascade to regional sales teams for all formats. Periodic Review and course correction of norms with respect to store SPF/MPF. 
  • Planning and timely Order placement against monthly OTB to drive availability for all seasonal/activation requirements 
  • Handle and ensure In-season stock management by ensuring availability of relevant products across all markets to achieve business goals. 
  • Planning and deploy replenishment for New Products basis category/store/channel potential using INCREF tool at category/cluster/price band/colour level. 
  • Review and deployment of Merchandise for specific interventions such as Exhibitions, Mela and Roadshow. 
  • On time Deployment of Wild card investments along with regional sales team to tap into potential of specific markets/product segments. 
Work Experience

8-10 Years Experience in Fashion Retail from Women Wear/Ethnic Wear

MFM or BF.Tech from NIFT
