Job Title: Centre Head/ Branch Manager

Department: Operations / Academic Administration

Reporting To: Director

Location: Thane/ Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Centre Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily operations of the training centre including academic delivery, scheduling, and facility management.
  • Ensure adherence to institute policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of admissions, collections, and operational reports.
  • Achieve enrolment and revenue targets for the centre.

3. Academic Management

  • Ensure the quality of training delivery by supervising trainers and academic coordinators.
  • Monitor student progress and feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure that trainers are following the prescribed teaching methodology and using updated course content.

4. Team Leadership

  • Set performance targets and conduct regular performance appraisals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence.
  • Ensure staff adherence to organizational values and service standards.

5. Student Support & Experience

  • Maintain high standards of student service and support.
  • Resolve student queries, grievances, and issues promptly.
  • Implement engagement and retention initiatives to minimize dropouts.
  • Drive initiatives to improve student retention and referral rates.

6. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and present periodic reports on admissions, revenue, performance, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, statutory requirements, and audit standards
  • Maintain all records as per company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue and admission targets.
  • Student satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Trainer performance and course completion rate.
  • Profitability and cost efficiency of the branch.
  • Staff performance and turnover rate.
  • Brand visibility and lead generation outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Education).
  • 3–5 years of experience in education management/ Branch Manager & Centre Head
  • Proven experience in sales and team management.
  • Strong understanding of IT courses, training methodologies, and education technology trends.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Result-oriented with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for education and technology.
