  • Work directly with the owner to track and remind about important deadlines and tasks.
  • Keep records of client timelines, conversations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
  • Manage email correspondence and calendars.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks and simple reporting.

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in an administrative or similar support role (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, and comfort using the internet for work.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Comfortable having regular communication with the owner.

Work Hours

  • Flexible schedule, approximately 3–4 hours per day.
  • 100% remote position.
