What You'll Do :

  • Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, newsletters, and social channels.
  • Create short videos, explainers, reels, and visuals that simplify product concepts and customer use cases.
  • Write educational product posts, newsletters, and customer stories that build thought leadership.
  • Build case studies with product and customer success teams.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript, Synthesia, Canva, etc.) to script, design, and edit faster.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify and showcase feature highlights.
  • Track engagement metrics and continuously improve storytelling quality.

You'll Fit Right In If You

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in content creation, product marketing, or social media (internships count).
  • Can write clearly about technology and business.
  • Are comfortable with video/image editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Descript, or Figma).
  • Naturally explore and use AI tools to make work smarter and faster.
  • Are curious about B2B SaaS, advertising, and media-tech ecosystems.
