About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, creatively charged Content Production & Creation Executive
who can bring ideas to life across video, design, and social-first formats. If you're someone who loves turning briefs into content pieces, knows how to handle fast-paced production cycles, and thrives in a hybrid world of creator collabs, reel cuts, meme drops, and motion-first storytelling—this role is for you.

You'll work with the Content Lead on delivering thumb-stopping content for some of the most exciting brands and in-house IPs at Infectious.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end execution of
    short-form content
    : Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, behind-the-scenes, influencer edits, and branded pieces
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to translate ideas into content assets
  • Work with in-house designers, editors, and external vendors to
    manage timelines, quality, and consistency
  • Assist in scripting, shot breakdowns, voiceovers, basic editing and post-production tasks as needed
  • Help coordinate and support on-ground shoots, influencer collaborations, and branded content days
  • Optimise content for performance: aspect ratios, captions, hooks, thumbnails, platform-specific best practices
  • Help maintain internal content libraries, reference decks, and asset trackers

You'll Thrive If You Have…

  • 1–3 years of experience in content production, creator collabs, or digital video (agency, content studio, or freelance background welcome)
  • Strong understanding of
    Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X,
  • Working knowledge of tools like Edits, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Google Slides
  • Interest in creator economy, trending formats, memes, music-driven storytelling
  • Good taste in content and a sharp eye for detail
  • Hunger to ship, learn, iterate, and repeat

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Motion graphics
  • Hands-on camera work or direction
  • Knowledge of AI tools like RunwayML, Descript, Midjourney, ChatGPT
  • Editing your own reels, brand experiments, or portfolio work
