1. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure accurate employee data management in HRIS and payroll systems.

2. Payroll & Compensation

  • End-to-end payroll processing for all employees on a monthly basis.
  • Validate inputs such as attendance, leave records, new joiners, exits, and variable pay.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salary, taxes, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
  • Reconcile payroll data with Finance and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Manage payroll queries and provide resolutions to employees.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
  • Coordinate HR-related letters, MIS reports, and statutory documents.

4. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor law requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, maternity benefits, etc.

4. HR Systems & Processes

  • Manage HR systems (HRMS/HRIS) for data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Partner with IT/Finance teams to improve automation and digital HR processes.

5. Employee Engagement & Support

  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations, policies, and benefits.
  • Support engagement initiatives and wellness activities.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and publish HR dashboards and periodic MIS for leadership.
  • Track metrics like attrition, headcount, leave, and other operational KPIs.
