Job Description:

Taneira is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Officers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ethnic wear, have a flair for customer service, and be able to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and assist in product selection
  • Explain product features, fabric types, and styling options
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Handle POS (Point of Sale) billing and cash management
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store hygiene
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends
  • Assist with stock management and inventory
  • Support in store events, promotions, and seasonal displays

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail/customer-facing experience (preferably in apparel, jewelry, or lifestyle products)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Passion for Indian textiles and ethnic fashion
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work in shifts and weekends/holidays as per store requirement
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred
