Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Retail Sales Manager will manage daily sales operations, develop effective sales strategies, and lead a team to meet performance targets. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, ensuring superior customer experiences, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue. The role also involves training team members, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a customer-centric approach to drive business growth.

  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and fostering long-term relationships
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
  • Proficiency in sales reporting tools and performance analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the financial or stockbroking industry is an advantage
