Role & responsibilities

Sales and strategy

  • Develop sales strategies: Create and implement plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration with retail clients.
  • Achieve revenue goals: Consistently meet sales targets, which may include setting individual and team quotas.
  • Market research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay ahead of industry trends, and understand competitor activity.
  • Pricing and proposals: Develop pricing models for new advertising products and create compelling sales proposals and pitches for potential clients.

Client and relationship management

  • Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential retail clients.
  • Understand client needs: Communicate with clients to understand their advertising goals, requirements, and concerns.
  • Manage accounts: Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through closing deals, and manage key accounts.
  • Client service: Ensure client satisfaction by providing support and addressing issues that arise during and after campaigns.

Campaign execution and collaboration

  • Collaborate internally: Work with marketing, creative, and other departments to develop promotional ideas and create effective advertising materials.
  • Oversee campaign creation: Coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce promotional materials that align with client needs and strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance: Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing insights
