Role and Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences
  • Showcase our products to customers and provide detailed information about their features and benefits
  • Assist customers in making purchase decisions and offer recommendations based on their requirements
  • Handle customer queries and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Process transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1.5 years to 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the watches, sunglasses, jewellery, handicrafts, perfumes, cosmetics, or apparel industry
  • Intermediate or graduation (12+) qualification
  • Age below 30 years
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good knowledge of the products being sold
