Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Audit Team Leader with 2–3 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant's office. The candidate should have hands-on exposure in taxation, audits, and compliance, and be capable of leading a small team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and file GST Returns (Monthly/Quarterly) including GSTR-9 & 9C.
  • Prepare and file TDS Quarterly Returns and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in Statutory Audit and Tax Audit engagements.
  • Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
  • Work on GST Reconciliations and compliance-related queries.
  • Ensure timely completion of audits and filings.
  • Effectively use Microsoft Excel (VLOOK UP , SUMIFS , PIVOT) for working papers, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
  • Supervise junior team members and review their work.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2–3 years of experience in an Audit/CA Firm.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Audits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally/other ERP).
  • Good communication and team-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
