Job Purpose:

The Site Project Lead is responsible for project execution and commissioning at the site, ensuring timely completion. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing the site budget, and optimizing costs. Additionally, the Site Head fosters team development, drives performance, and builds a culture of collaboration and professionalism to achieve project milestones within the approved timeline and budget.

Project Execution:

Lead the execution and commissioning of the projects at the site, ensuring smooth and timely completion

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, procurement, contracts) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, contractors) to address issues and keep the project on track

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards

Ensure that project milestones are met according to the approved timeline and budget

Health, Safety and Quality Management:

Implement and ensure adherence to all applicable processes and systems, including the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards

Monitor site compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, ensuring that all statutory requirements are met

Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure adherence to processes and identify areas for improvement

Project Cost Control:

Manage the site budget, ensuring cost control and alignment with the overall project budget

Ensure the achievement of project milestones while optimizing costs and maintaining quality

Oversee contract administration at the site level, ensuring that all contractual obligations with the client, contractors, and other stakeholders are met

Facilitate effective communication and coordination with contractors and vendors to resolve any contractual issues promptly

Team Management:

Foster the development of site personnel, providing guidance, training, and opportunities for growth

Ensure timely goal setting for site employees, monitor their performance, and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement

Build a culture of collaboration, respect, and professionalism among the site team, encouraging high performance and adherence to company values

• Lead efforts to identify and develop potential future leaders within the site team, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent
