Job Description:

Devlabs Technology is looking for a dynamic
Talent Acquisition Associate
to join our
contractual hiring team
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
contractual hiring / C2C model
with a strong focus on
IT recruitment
. This role requires excellent
vendor management skills
and a strong understanding of
contractual staffing processes
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for
    contractual / C2C hiring
    in the IT domain.
  • Source and screen candidates using job portals, professional networks, and vendor partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    vendors
    to ensure timely fulfillment of contract positions.
  • Negotiate contractual terms with vendors and candidates.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders, vendors, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment data, dashboards, and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in
    contractual hiring / C2C hiring
    .
  • Prior experience in
    IT recruitment
    is a must.
  • Strong understanding of
    contract staffing, compliance, and contractual terms
    .
  • Excellent
    vendor management
    and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, onsite environment
    (Gurgaon).
