Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Event & VM Design and Production

Coordinator to conceptualize, design, and execute compelling brand experiences

through events and in-store visual merchandising (VM). This role requires a strong

design sensibility, excellent project coordination skills, and hands-on production

oversight of props, installations, and displays.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event & VM Design

Conceptualize design themes for events and retail VM based on brand

guidelines and seasonal campaigns.

Create mood boards, sketches, and 2D/3D visualizations for event layouts

and VM props.

Work with creative, marketing, and retail teams to align concepts with

campaign messaging and customer experience goals.

Customize designs based on location, space, and budget considerations.

2. VM Prop & Event Production

Oversee end-to-end production of VM elements, signage, event stage setups,

and store installations.

Source and manage vendors, fabricators, printers, and prop stylists for timely

and cost-effective execution.

Ensure high-quality finishing, material durability, and design accuracy in all

outputs.

Conduct on-site supervision of prop setup, event staging, and store window

implementation.

3. Coordination & Execution

Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, installations, deliveries, and

dismantling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, retail ops, procurement)

to manage timelines and budgets.

Maintain documentation, production schedules, installation manuals, and

vendor agreements.

Monitor store VM compliance, refresh cycles, and seasonal updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Event Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, or

similar.

3-6 years of experience in event setup, VM design, or production

coordination.

Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or

similar).

Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.

Experience managing production vendors, budgets, and installation timelines.

A keen eye for aesthetics, materials, and spatial design.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for installations and events.

Preferred:

Background in retail, fashion, luxury, or experiential marketing.
