We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and manage the execution of media projects, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, hands-on experience in production, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and creative requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end production processes for video, digital, and branded content.
  • Plan and supervise shoots, including logistics, crew management, equipment, and locations.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, post-production, and external vendor teams to deliver high-quality output.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Troubleshoot on-ground challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain production documentation, reports, and compliance with brand/client requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, freelancers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in production management within media, advertising, or digital content.
  • Strong knowledge of video production workflows, equipment, and processes.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with post-production processes (editing, sound, VFX) is a plus.
