Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media and influencer marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that grow brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive measurable results across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning


• Develop and implement comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.


• Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, and budgets.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee daily management of all social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content.
  • Monitor trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform strategies.

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinate campaigns from briefing to execution and reporting.
  • Track influencer performance and ROI.

Content & Campaigns

  • Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across channels.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Use insights to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, content trends, and digital best practices.
  • Proven track record managing influencer partnerships and growing online communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in social media marketing / meme marketing.
  • Familiarity with affiliate and ambassador programs.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
