About the Company:

Box Puppet Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic production house with multiple verticals including Box Puppet Productions, Da Dance All Studio, Da Dosa Kari, Da Events, and Da App. The selected candidate will primarily work with Hip Hop International (HHI) India, one of the world's largest and most prestigious hip-hop dance championships, managed under our Da Events brand.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our marketing efforts for HHI India. The candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, attract participants, and engage audiences across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote HHI India events and activities.
  • Handle digital marketing campaigns including social media management, content creation, and ad campaigns.
  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics to measure campaign success.
  • Work closely with the sales, event, and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Media, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment, events, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for dance, music, and youth culture is a plus.
