Project Administration
Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and records
- Support project managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with internal processes
Client Management (Administrative Support)
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding administrative matters
- Coordinate client communications related to documentation, scheduling, and logistics
- Ensure timely delivery of administrative requirements to clients
Maintain professional and courteous client relationships
Vehicle & Accommodation Management
Arrange transportation and lodging for project staff as per project needs
- Track and manage vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and availability
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for bookings and logistics
- Ensure cost-effective and timely arrangements aligned with project timeline
