About Us:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Xpert Crew. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, marketing, and building strong client relationships. This role involves traveling within Trivandrum to meet potential customers, promote our services, and establish partnerships with apartments, malls, institutions, and residential associations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market Xpert Crew's on-demand home services app to potential customers and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Distribute brochures, conduct presentations, and represent the company in local campaigns.
  • Generate leads and ensure customer acquisition targets are met.
  • Provide feedback to the management on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any (Graduates/Undergraduates can apply).
  • Freshers and Experienced are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal communication & interpersonal skills (Malayalam & basic English).
  • Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Trivandrum.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to manage technicians and coordinate effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile apps and service workflows.
