Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a SRE Lead. The SRE Lead will be responsible for the reliability and scalability of the engineering infrastructure. Key tasks include maintaining system health, designing and implementing monitoring tools, automating repetitive tasks, managing incidents and root cause analysis, and collaborating with development teams to create sustainable systems. The role also involves ensuring high availability and performance of applications in both staging and production environments.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Python, Shell scripting)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in incident management and root cause analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
