(My Next Film) is a creative platform helping filmmakers, writers, and creators develop and pitch powerful stories using AI-powered tools such as Script Pad and Pitch Deck Builder.We are currently focusing on providing a refined, high-quality experience to every user who joins our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with users who have signed up or activated free trials to understand their goals and guide them through 's services.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and messages (WhatsApp/email if required) to maintain user engagement.
  • Offer handholding Zoom sessions and help users explore features like Script Pad and Pitch Deck Builder.
  • Handle user hesitations or objections politely, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the product and support teams for resolving user queries.
  • Collect and report feedback to improve service delivery and user retention.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Empathetic and customer-oriented personality.
  • Comfortable with video calls and screen-sharing tools (Zoom, Meet).
  • Basic understanding of Google Workspace tools.
  • Prior experience in customer relations, telecalling, or account management is a plus.

Schedule

Supplemental Pay:
