**Job Overview:**

As a **Relationship Manager** at Tripmagics, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our platform by selling travel leads generated from our travelers to businesses in the travel and tourism industry. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, and other service providers, and converting these leads into valuable business opportunities.

You will work closely with the marketing and lead generation teams to understand the value of our offerings, communicate this value to prospective clients, and manage the sales pipeline from lead to closure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Lead Sales and Conversion:**

* Identify and target new B2B clients within the travel industry (e.g., tour operators, hotels, travel agencies, activity providers).

* Develop and execute a sales strategy to convert inbound travel leads into high-value business contracts.

* Present the value proposition of Tripmagics' travel leads, explaining how they can increase sales and improve booking efficiency.

**Account Management:**

* Build long-term, trusting relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.

* Proactively manage client accounts, track performance, and ensure the delivery of quality leads.

* Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional sales opportunities.

**Sales Pipeline Management:**

* Use CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate sales forecasts.

* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.

* Ensure a smooth transition from sales to post-sales to maintain high client satisfaction.

**Market Research & Lead Generation:**

* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and client acquisition.

* Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively sell the product.

**Collaboration:**

* Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to share feedback, improve the lead generation process, and enhance the overall client experience.

* Provide insights and suggestions to improve the marketplace's offering based on client needs and market demands.

**Skills & Qualifications:**

**Proven B2B Sales Experience** in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry.

* Strong understanding of the travel ecosystem and experience selling to businesses like travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, and travel service providers.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.

* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation techniques.

* Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets.

* Demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting relationships with business clients.

* Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.

* Knowledge of digital travel platforms, travel tech, or online marketplaces is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working with travel leads or understanding of lead-generation platforms.

* Established network within the travel industry.

* Knowledge of online travel marketplaces and emerging travel trends.

* Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
