**Role and Responsibilities**
- Identify potential training vendors that align with the organization's learning requirements.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are completed.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster strong relationships with vendors.
- Establish performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor vendor performance regularly and conduct performance reviews to assess adherence to SLAs.
- Work with vendors to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve vendor-related issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to draft vendor contracts and agreements.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Gather and analyze Training Vendor performance data to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on vendor performance and relationship status for management.
- Identify opportunities to optimize vendor relationships, streamline processes, and reduce costs.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Remarkable problem solving and analytical Skills.
- Knowledge of vendor diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
- Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel
- Ability work within team in a coordinated manner
- Proactive, well organized and a thorough planner
- Demonstrated effective time management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vendors and tasks concurrently.
- Honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-paced work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects on different timelines.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Graduate + Relevant Experience in Vendor Support/Management/Relationship Building.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
