Role: Digital Marketing Expert

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Expert with proven experience in WordPress, AI-driven marketing tools, animation, video ad creation, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive engagement, brand visibility, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management (WordPress):
  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
  • Optimize site performance, SEO, and user experience.
  • AI & Automation:
  • Leverage AI tools for content creation, personalization, and campaign automation.
  • Implement data-driven strategies using predictive analytics and machine learning.
  • Creative Content Development:
  • Design engaging animations, graphics, and video ads for social media and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver compelling storytelling through visuals.
  • Performance Marketing:
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
  • Provide actionable insights and monthly reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in WordPress development and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, etc.) for marketing.
  • Expertise in animation tools (After Effects, Blender, Canva, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in video ad creation and editing.
  • Solid background in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools for reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
