**Key Responsibilities**

**SEO**:

- Conduct website audits, competitor analysis, and keyword research
- Perform on-page & off-page SEO
- Create & maintain monthly SEO content calendars
- Publish SEO-optimized blogs
- Measure, analyze, and prepare monthly SEO reports

**Local SEO**:

- Optimize Google Business Profile
- Perform local keyword research, NAP syndication & backlink creation
- Publish keyword-optimized, relevant content
- Optimize websites for local search & manage ratings & reviews
- Measure, analyze, and prepare monthly Local SEO reports

**Social Media Marketing**:

- Create & optimize social media pages & profiles
- Conduct competitor analysis & build strategies
- Create, write, design & publish social media content
- Maintain monthly content calendars for consistent content marketing
- Increase customer engagement & prepare monthly reports

**Skills Required**:

- Strong foundation in Digital Marketing, SEO & Local SEO
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing & Content Marketing
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent time management & self-motivation
- Fast learner, confident, and diligent
- Good communication & team player skills
- Must know English & Hindi (Bengali - optional)
