Core responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, and email.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, and website copy to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, analyze data to identify trends, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, conduct market and competitor research, and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Website & SEO: Improve website and landing page performance through SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work with other teams (design, content, sales) to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

Key skills and knowledge

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in data analysis to measure performance and inform future decisions.
  • Adaptability: A willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
