Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents.
  • Understand academic needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
  • Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails) and convert leads into admissions.
  • Maintain follow-ups and manage the student database through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with faculty and admin teams to ensure seamless onboarding and academic support.
  • Participate in seminars, orientations, and other student engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Education/Psychology preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an academic counsellor in a reputed institute or EdTech company.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of conversions.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
  • Familiarity with educational products and admission processes.
