Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track all company bills, invoices, and expenses.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports for internal use.
  • Provide timely updates and details on financial transactions to the team.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial processes as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Good communication skills to provide clear updates to the team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
