Role & responsibilities
To develop as a high-performing Technical Sales Engineer by undergoing practical training in the factory for the first 3 months, followed by active field engagement with clients. The candidate must understand products and processes thoroughly and be able to present technical solutions to customers fluently in spoken and written English.

Conduct on-site or virtual demos of drying systems and components

Support the sales team in presentations, RFQs, and customer interactions
- Solution Customization
Offer customized layouts, modifications, or enhancements as per project needs
- Coordination
Liaise with design, production, and after-sales teams to ensure project feasibility
- Documentation
Prepare and maintain technical proposals, datasheets, and customer specifications

Familiarity with sales CRM tools and MS Office
