Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to international clients through various channels (voice, chat, blended).
- Handle client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Work on multiple processes such as international voice process, international chat process, and blended process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center environment or related field.
- Fluent English communication skills with good pronunciation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24x7).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
