Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via voice calls, chat, or both, depending on the process.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain professionalism while communicating with international customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Document interactions and maintain customer records accurately.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international voice/chat/blended process.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM tools (preferred).
