Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Noida. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include lead generation, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team, and assisting in sales presentations and negotiations. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues related to the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Market research and lead generation experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
