Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize all site-related documents, drawings, reports, and compliance files.
  • Manage manual attendance of staff, labourers, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with contractors for EPF, ESIC, insurance, ID proofs, invoices, and other compliance documents.
  • Support engineering team in preparing handover files, test certificates, checklists, and reports.
  • Keeping contract documents records in files and excel
  • collecting contract ledger yearly/month/quarterly (as per requirement) from supplier .
  • Invoices
  • Collecting all invoices from all site twice every week.
  • Confirmation from all warehouse executive , handover all invoice at office
  • Invoices related all documents have to verified and send to account department
  • Keeping all data from HR, Purchase , warehouse Accounts and site.
  • All data should be scan and maintain in system
  • As per requirement document will be provide to their department.
  • Documents will be shared only after writing Email.
  • Organizing an archiving system.
  • Labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use.
  • Retrieving documents upon request.
  • Outlining a long-term storage strategy.
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the
  • company.
  • Training employees on efficient documentation usage.
  • Assisting with both internal and external audits.
  • Ensuring documentation integrity.
  • Controlling access to documents.
  • Removing documents that are obsolete.
  • Utilizing storage software and applications for electronic filing.
  • Performing transcription and conversion work.
  • Proofreading documents upon request
  • Verify vendor documents and ensure proper filing of statutory records.
  • Prepare daily/weekly documentation updates for management.
  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Project teams for timely submission of documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
