Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable integration solutions across various Oracle HCM modules using Oracle Integration Cloud, BI Publisher, and Fast Formula.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, building integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems, and ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. You will be expected to have hands-on experience in developing both inbound and outbound integrations, managing REST and SOAP web services, and configuring advanced reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  • Develop and manage reports using BI Publisher and OTBI

  • Build and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Eligibility

  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand integration requirements

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly

  • Support UAT and production deployment activities

  • Document integration architecture, configurations, and best practices

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  • Experience in creating and managing BI Publisher reports

  • Solid understanding of HCM Cloud data models and security

  • Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas and their functional use cases

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
