Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure integration solutions using Oracle Cloud technologies. You will play a critical role in bridging business requirements and technology, ensuring seamless integration between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design robust, scalable, and reusable integration architectures using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop end-to-end integration strategies, including real-time, batch, and event-driven models.
• Define best practices for integration standards, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Development & Implementation

• Lead the implementation of integrations using OIC components: Integration, Process Automation, Visual Builder, and Insight.
• Configure and support connectors to Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and on-premises systems.
• Build custom adapters and REST/SOAP APIs for system connectivity.

Project Leadership

• Collaborate with business analysts, enterprise architects, and project managers to deliver integration solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to developers and technical teams.

Support & Optimization

• Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows and resolve issues promptly.
• Optimize performance and ensure high availability of integration services.
• Ensure proper security models and data privacy compliance in integrations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise application integration.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience overall in different integrations
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM) integration points and APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, XSLT, and OAuth 2.0.
• Solid understanding of middleware tools like SOA Suite, ICS, Oracle API Gateway.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Integration Cloud certification is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder and Process Automation.
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid integrations.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Oracle OIC certification, B2B integration experience, VBCS knowledge.
