Job Title

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with expertise in Oracle HCM integrations, database technologies, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and support Oracle HCM integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, and OIC.
  • Work on Oracle HCM Cloud modules, their integration points, and approval workflows.
  • Manage incident handling, server administration, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions on OCI / Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Create and optimize OTBI and BI reports to meet business requirements.
  • Implement security frameworks, data loaders, and HCM approval workflows.
  • Collaborate in Agile development environments using GitHub, Jira, and related tools.
