Job Role:

A senior Oracle HCM functional consultant with extensive experience in implementing payroll solutions on the cloud, specializing in India and US legislation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud solutions, including business process analytics, requirement definition, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive payroll solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Develop and maintain detailed functional specification documents and test cases
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead business process workshops and advise clients on best practices for adopting enhanced cloud payroll solutions
  • Integrate payroll with absences, costings, general ledger, and PPM modules

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud as a Payroll Functional Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and its implementation phases (Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support)
  • Experience in integrating payroll with absences and costings to general ledger and PPM modules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
