Quantity Surveyor and Billing Engineer

  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and models.
  • Prepare BOQs, material quantities, and cost estimates for tenders, variations, and project planning.
  • Ensure accuracy of quantities and alignment with design revisions.
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams for clarification during estimation.
  • Prepare and verify monthly running bills for clients and contractors.
  • Generate RA bills, final bills, subcontractor bills, and certification documents.
  • Ensure that all billing is as per contract terms, drawings, and site execution.
  • Maintain updated measurement sheets and billing records.
  • Monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost forecasting.
  • Track material consumption, labour productivity, and reconcile with approved quantities.
  • Support management in ensuring projects stay within approved budgets.
  • Review contract agreements, tender documents, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare rate analysis, extra item approval documentation, and variation claims.
  • Maintain records of correspondence, site instructions, and commercial documents.
  • Support project managers in contractual negotiations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress and measurements.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and procurement teams.
  • Identify discrepancies and report variations or deviations promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
